This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information here or at a linked third-party tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Information Can Change
Government contacts, custody displays, and public-record procedures can change without notice. A roster can be delayed or a record may be removed after release or transfer. No promise is made that every detail is current. Confirm directions, hours, or payment instructions with the responsible office before visiting or sending money.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. A website cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney or an official answer from the records custodian or court clerk.
Partner Search Tools
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by outside providers. Chemung County Busted Mugshots does not control their results, prices, availability, or handling of submitted information. Read a provider's own terms before using its service.
Linked Resources
Links may lead to jail databases, Sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, federal locators, and other external resources. The site is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.
No Official Records Are Hosted
This site does not host a jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest record, or court file. It identifies the agencies and locators that may maintain those materials. To confirm custody or request a record or image, contact the Sheriff, corrections department, court, or other issuing office. An arrest or booking is an allegation, not a conviction, and any later result should be verified through an official court or agency record.
